Spring term: March 2 – May 31 / Fall term: September 1 – November 30
 

2. How to Apply
Please fill out the attach forms below and submit all to the Department Office of Business Administration
- Leave of Absence Request Form
- Mid-semester Leave of Absence Request Form
- Tuition Fee Refund Form
 

3. Notes
1) If you wish to take a Leave of Absence in the middle of the semester, you must get approval from your academic advisor and professor of each course you are enrolled in.
2) Tuition refund amount may vary depending on your application date.
3) You may apply for a Leave of Absence during a semester one time only. Re-application for a Leave of Absence during a semester will be considered to be a general Leave of Absence. 
4) The period for a Leave of Absence during a semester will be included in the period of a general Leave of Absence.
